Whether you are constantly traveling, or simply have a busy week, we created an accountability system with our Online Training Program where you can build a community with fellow athletes with 2 - 5 weekly workouts
Our Team Performance Training classes are organized, supervised, professionally run athletic performance training camps designed to not only increase performance and mental toughness, but also improve team unity and chemistry. *Price reflects teams consisting of 10-20 athletes. If classes aren’t up your alley, open gym membership is available for those who are interested in using our equipment and being a part of our community. We’re your neighborhood training facility, offering a multitude of equipment and services at the neighborhood’s best rates.
Our drop-in passes are great for athletes in town and looking for a batting, hoop, or training session and are only valid for a single day use. Parent or guardian must be present for the purchase of a minor guest pass; photo ID required.
